The Innovator

Innovators are technical people who like understanding how things work. You can use the principles of how something works to imagine new things. You can adapt that which is already there, you are a master at fine-tuning. You work well under pressure and can manage several different variables in order to achieve a goal. Innovators take the obsolete and revamp it. Innovators say, “You’ve never seen this do this…” You are willing to step into a new problem and you can come up with timely ideas as the problem continues to unfold. Innovators can find other angles and configurations that lead to new ideas and answers.
