Anderson, Ind. — We the Kingdom and Matt Maher will celebrate the holiday season with their A Family Christmas tour at Anderson University Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. The show will be held in Reardon Auditorium.

“We are so excited to do our first Christmas tour ever,” said the band in a special message. “It’s been a dream of ours for years to get to head out and celebrate our favorite season of the year with you all, and we are stoked that the time is finally here. It’s going to be an incredibly special night of worship and wonder. Please come join us and our friend Matt Maher for A Family Christmas!”

We the Kingdom consists of multiple generations of relatives: Andrew Bergthold, Ed Cash, Franni Rae Cash, Martin Cash, and Scott Cash. The band’s name comes after the idea that “the kingdom of God is here among us”.

Since his major-label debut in 2008, Matt Maher has become a staple in the artistic and songwriting community. A nine-time-GRAMMY nominee and three-time-GMA Dove Award winner, he has garnered multiple radio successes, writing and recording songs such as his Top 5 CCLI song “Lord, I Need You” and the chart-topping radio singles “Because He Lives (Amen)” and “Alive & Breathing.”

The night promises to be filled with worship and Christmas wonder. Tickets are on sale at wethekingdom.com.
