Anderson, Ind. — When Anderson University alumni come back to campus for the annual homecoming festivities this fall, they will have a chance to hit the links as well. AU is hosting its Alumni Golf Outing October 14 at Anderson Country Club.

“We at Anderson University are eagerly anticipating our Homecoming and Family Weekend celebration October 14 and 15,” said Trent Palmer, director of alumni relations. “This year we’re excited to offer an alumni golf outing welcoming back grads and friends to the institution for a team best ball tournament to benefit the students at AU. To top it all off, we’re hosting this at the storied Anderson Country Club, a golfer’s gem for over 100 years.”

Individual and team registration is available with three different packages: $125 for an individual, $500 for a team, or $600 for a team super ticket. The price includes green fees, a cart, continental breakfast, a rolling cook-out lunch, AU golf balls and other Ravens promo items, and hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt contests.

The Raven Team Super Ticket includes a team registration, eight mulligans, and four rulers for the team. Prizes will be given for the first, second, and third place teams.

Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. with a call to carts at 10:45 a.m. and a shotgun start at 11 a.m. The registration deadline is October 7.
