AU Names Eisenhower Scholarship Winners

Anderson, Ind. — The Anderson University Center for Public Service, history and political science department, and the Falls School of Business are pleased to announce Dylan Hofer and Callie Mitchell as the winners of the Eisenhower Scholarship for 2024-2025.

Hofer is an international relations major, while Mitchell studies elementary education.

The Eisenhower Endowed Scholarship Fund at Anderson University was established in 2010 with assets remaining from the Eisenhower Memorial Scholarship Foundation. The foundation was founded in the 1960s by several leading Indiana businessmen and businesswomen.

The Eisenhower Endowed Scholarship is awarded annually. Students who meet the following criteria for eligibility receive an invitation to apply during the spring semester:

  • Be a junior or senior during the year of the award
  • Majoring in one of the political science majors, one of the Falls School of Business majors, or who are Fellows in the Center for Public Service
  • Have public service experience
  • Have a cumulative 3.25 GPA or higher
  • U.S. citizens
