Music Ensemble Scholarship

The Music Ensemble Scholarship is a competitive award of up to $1,500 per year, renewable over four years for a total of up to $6,000. It is stackable on top of other gift aid (not to exceed full tuition).

Eligibility:

  • Must be admitted to Anderson University as an incoming first-time freshman or transfer student.
  • To audition for this scholarship, students need to be admitted to Anderson University and audition for School of Music and Performing Arts faculty by the final on-campus audition date in March.
  • Audition on your primary instrument no later than the final published on-campus audition in March.
  • Recipients must participate in a major ensemble every semester as assigned by faculty.
  • For pianists, must provide piano accompanying service at an appropriate level.
  • And must complete 1 year (two semesters) of at least half hour applied lessons on your primary instrument.
