Anderson, Ind.—The Boze Lyric Theatre at Anderson University is proud to present its second show of the 2024-25 season, Edges. The show opens Nov. 21 and runs through Nov. 24.
In total, there will be five showings: Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 23 at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m., and Nov. 24 at 2:30 p.m.
“Before there was Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman, La La Land, Dogfight, and A Christmas Story there was Edges,” says Jason James, director of musical theatre and theatre at Anderson University. “Written by the dynamic writing team Pasek and Paul, Edges is a song-cycle about burgeoning adults asking classic coming-of-age questions.”
This charming, witty, and honest examination of adulthood explores what happens when we are teetering on the edges of our lives. The songs cover such universal issues as love, commitment, identity, and meaning while dealing with confronting emotions, escaping expectations, and deciphering complicated relationships.
All shows will be held in Byrum Hall. Tickets for all shows are available online. For more information, call the box office at 765-641-4140.
