Anderson, Ind. — Anderson University will hold its 107th Commencement and Baccalaureate ceremonies in Reardon Auditorium May 3, 2025. AU previously hosted Baccalaureate in Reardon Auditorium after its construction in 1984.
Reardon Auditorium is equipped for running sound and live streaming, and is designed to provide a robust large-scale seated event experience. The auditorium recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and has a seating capacity of 2,200.
“Throughout our history, Commencement has been held in various locations both on and near campus,” said Provost Dr. Courtney Taylor. “While the venue has changed, there has always been a consistent focus on recognizing the achievements of our graduates in a way that honors our Christ-centered mission.”
“Commencement is a time of great joy in the life of the University, and one that is marked by gratitude and purpose,” Taylor continued. “I look forward to witnessing the class of 2025 process through the honor aisle outside of Reardon Lobby, and to celebrate each graduate as they walk across the stage.”
More details will be provided closer to the event date, including speakers and ticket procedures. AU anticipates being fully able to meet the guest needs of all graduates.
