- May 14: Depart from the US
- May 15: Arrive in Entebbe, Uganda
- May 16: Travel from Entebbe to Jinja, Uganda
- May 17: Kibo Village Day
- May 18: Nile River Tour
- May 19: Church and Free Day
- May 20: Kibo Village Day
- May 21: Jinja Town Day
- May 22: Kibo Village Day
- May 23: Jinja Town Day
- May 24: Kibo Village Day
- May 25: Shopping and Free Day
- May 26: Church and Free Day
- May 27: Travel to Murchison Falls Safari Park
- May 28: Murchison Falls Safari (Drive, River, and Hike)
- May 29: Ziwa Rhinoceros Sanctuary
- May 30: Return to Etebbe and depart for the US
- May 31: Arrive in the US
Cost: $3,090 plus airfare (estimated at $1,725) =~$4,815
Cost includes round-trip airfare from Chicago, airport transport to/from Chicago, most meals, lodging, transportation in-country, orientation, group activities, travel insurance, visa, and program tips. The exact airfare amount will be available upon booking with the airline.
Potential expenses not included in the cost may be a passport, immunizations and vaccinations, departure tax, baggage fees, trip cancellation insurance, some meals, and personal expenses.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 days or more prior to start date of trip – Deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable as well as any flights booked for travelers (a credit per traveler may be issued through airline)
● 30-60 days prior to start date of trip – Deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable as well as loss of any non-refundable excursions, any flights booked for travelers (a credit per traveler may be issued through airline), and 25% of per person total cost.
● 15-30 days prior to start date of trip – Deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable as well as loss of any non-refundable excursions, any flights booked for travelers (a credit per traveler may be issued through airline), and 50% of per person total cost.
● 0-15 days prior to start date of trip – No refund will be given.
