“During a career transition over the past five years, few things have equipped me more practically than my MOL degree at Anderson University. The program not only provided tools I use daily in my work but also transformed my confidence as a leader. I entered the program eager to learn but uncertain of my abilities—now, I feel equipped and empowered to lead and drive meaningful organizational change. I’m incredibly grateful for this life-changing experience!” – Joseph Pudetti
