Faith & Service
Campus Ministires
The mission of Anderson University is to educate for a life of faith and service in the church and society. There are many student opportunities to serve on campus and throughout the community.
In Matthew 25:40b Jesus reminds us: Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me. The Spiritual Life Team is excited to offer opportunities to serve people/serve Jesus. Oftentimes when we serve, we allow our hearts to open to those who may be treated as expendable. When our hearts open in this way, we can understand a little better the need for a spiritual presence. Campus Ministries provide space to experience serving and then come back together to talk about, debrief, and just process the worth of the people being served and the transformation that happens as we serve.
opportunities to serve
Cultivate community while using your gifts and talents.
Campus Ministries take place both on and off campus. Read through the different opportunities to see where you may enjoy serving. We hope this results in an expanded worldview, a better understanding of justice, and God’s love for all people. We trust this experience will provide you with the passion to continue serving throughout your life.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
Join this ministry for student athletes to connect via fellowship, small groups, and service to our community. Create a culture that supports each other at athletic events and shows up to make a difference in the greater community.
