Zina Teague

Hi, my name is Zina Teague and I am the Resident Director of Morrison Hall. I graduated in 2012 from Houghton College with a bachelor’s in Sociology and Psychology. After graduation, I had the opportunity to work in the Office of Admission at Houghton College for 5 years helping students and their family navigate the college decision process. Although my primary job as an admission counselor was to recruit students, the connections that I made lasted past the recruitment process. It was important for me to see every student succeed at Houghton and I had an amazing opportunity to mentor many students throughout their time there.

As the Resident Director of Morrison Hall I am so excited to continue being a support and mentor to the women living here. My desire is to be able to share in the celebrations of life and walk alongside the women during the challenging times.

I absolutely love to sing and so there is a good chance that walking by my apartment door you may hear me belting some Whitney Houston, Travis Greene or maybe Bethel. You might also see me around campus cheering on my fellow Ravens at athletic games, dancing at CAB events, enjoying musical/theatre performances or worshipping with New Image, the AU gospel choir.

Joining Anderson University means belonging to an amazing community of people, living out real life, being transformed and I love being apart of that.
