Dr. Ray Sylvester is a professor of marketing and personal branding. He is involved in the creation, delivery, and management of new and existing adult, undergraduate, and postgraduate classes, including brand marketing management, marketing strategy, marketing communications, personal brand management, entrepreneurship, change management, diversity, and intercultural leadership.

Dr. Sylvester is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has presented around the world and produced published content on various personal and business brand topics.

As a personal branding coach, Dr. Sylvester has worked across multiple industry sectors, including c-suite executives, art and entertainment, professional/elite athletes, and chart-topping artists/musicians. He co-wrote the first music business program in Europe when he was a senior lecturer and course leader at Buckinghamshire New University.
