A Future in stem

Anderson University is proud to partner with Project Lead The Way (PLTW) to help meet the growing demand for scientists and engineers in our ever-evolving, modern-day marketplace.

Project Lead the Way

Project Lead the Way (PLTW) is a nonprofit organization that offers STEM programs to students of all ages, helping prepare them for careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. PLTW’s programs prepare students to work in STEM fields, learning technical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and more.

Anderson University supports PLTW’s programs as a partner school that prepares students for successful STEM careers by providing the best possible education through its School of Science and Engineering.

PLTW programs prepare students for high-demand technology and engineering careers that require higher education, like those housed in the Anderson University School of Science and Engineering. Anderson University feels that Project Lead the Way provides a highly valuable experience that allows high school students to gain experience in engineering design and exposure to engineering concepts. These experiences give students an advantage as they enter into engineering education.

School of Science & Engineering

Anderson University’s School of Science and Engineering (SSE) has one primary goal: to give students an academically robust education. Your future career is closer than it’s ever been, so keep your academic trajectory strong through an ABET-accredited STEM degree from AU.

Not only will our SSE ready you for the future through internships, career fairs, and countless practical opportunities, but we’ll equip you to serve in STEM with a purpose. Whether you’re called to be a biologist, an engineer, or a technologist, AU will help your college career — and your professional career — take flight.
