Ravens to reAUnite at Homecoming ’19
Anderson University will host its annual Homecoming event on Oct. 18 and 19. The event will kick off on Friday with the Luminaries ceremony at dusk, followed by a performance by the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance in Park Place Church, along with worship in the Valley at 8:30 p.m. On Saturday the Ravens will battle against Rose-Hulman at 1:30 p.m. The full schedule and registration can be viewed at anderson.edu/homecoming.
Thousands of Ravens near and far will flock back to the nest to reunite with one another. The theme of this year’s Homecoming is ‘reAUnited.’ Scott Tilley, Executive Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving, reflects on this meaning, “Homecoming is not just coming back to any place…it’s returning to AU, and the AU experience! Because of this, we blurred the lines and meshed the two ideas together — reAUnited.”
