Anderson, Ind. — Anderson University is launching a business analytics degree program that will begin in fall 2023. The program will be housed in the Falls School of Business, which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

“We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new business analytics degree program, which will prepare our students to meet the growing demand for data-driven decision-making in today’s business world,” said Dr. Lonnie Leeper, dean of the Falls School of Business. “By offering this interdisciplinary program in collaboration with our computer science department, we aim to equip our students with the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive impact on the world around them and serve their communities with excellence.”

Students will receive a solid foundation of business knowledge and learn the skills needed to analyze, interpret, and make business decisions using data. In turn, students will be well prepared to apply their knowledge in a variety of professions, such as business systems analyst, data analyst, business intelligence manager, or market research analyst.

“Our business analytics degree program will provide our students with a unique competitive edge and a range of career opportunities in industries such as finance, healthcare, marketing, and technology, while also reinforcing our commitment to academic excellence, service, and experiential learning,” said Leeper.
