Discounted private rooms available now!
The state of our world has many of us concerned, so we’d like to offer some additional peace of mind for our Anderson University students and families. We want to let you know that for the 2020-21 academic year, we are taking steps to keep students safe and healthy in our residential living spaces.
Our newest initiative is that we will be offering private room options for a discounted cost to those interested in modified social distancing in the residence halls. The additional cost to occupy one of our double rooms privately will now be offered for $500 per semester.
“We are working diligently to prepare our campus to be a safe, welcoming space for all students this fall,” says Director of Admissions, Johnna Barnard. “It is our hope that this reduced, private rate option will allow some of our more vulnerable students a better opportunity to be with us here on campus. Although we prefer students to gain the valuable experience of having a roommate, we understand that for some, that may not be the best option this year.”
Any interested, current students must fill out this new housing form by May 15, 2020.
Any new, incoming AU students who are interested must do the following by June 1, 2020:
Private rooms are limited, and will be assigned on a first-come basis. New incoming students should contact the Office of Admissions with any questions about room and board costs, or about completing the requirements listed above.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our community. We’re #StillAU, and are here to walk alongside you during these different times.
