5) Political science major, business major, or member of Center for Public Service
6) Recommended by professor in their department or CPS staff member
7) Written essay/application

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
If the student is a 5th-year senior, student may receive full amount of scholarship in one semester, per Advancement notes from 1/30/2012.

1) Major in computer science, cybersecurity, national security, or engineering
2) Hold and maintain a GPA of 2.75
