Laurie Judge, Director of the Career DevelopmentAs the Director of the Career Development Center, Laurie Judge oversees career planning services for all AU students and alums, including career counseling (self-assessment, major and career exploration), job search activities (e.g., career fairs, resume building, job and internship postings, interview preparation, etc.) and employer recruiting.
Laurie earned her MBA from Anderson University, a MA in Adult & Higher Education from Morehead State University, and a BS in Business Administration from Iowa State University. She is an ACT Certified Job Profiler.
Laurie began her career in higher education at Morehead State University working in Adult Education and Literacy. She served as Communications Director for an Association Management company prior to relocating to Indiana in 2003 where she acted as an Instructional Designer and Training Analyst for Anderson University’s School of Adult Learning until 2009. Prior to returning to AU in July 2011, Laurie provided training and development consulting services for Red Gold. Laurie has served as an adjunct instructor for the School of Adult Learning since 2006.
Laurie lives in Yorktown with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Katie and Thomas.
