Application Checklist

For an application file to be considered complete, the University must have received the following information (in no particular order): 

• Online Application
• Academic Reference
• Personal Reference
• Official High School Transcript (not required for transfers)
  • High school dual credit? Click here for transcript info.
  • Taking AP classes? Click here for test score equivalents.
• Official SAT or ACT scores
• Essay (highly recommended though optional)
  • Submit a 200-300 word essay that addresses the following topics:
    1) Your educational goals, 2) Your faith experience, and 3) Why you chose to apply to AU.
