Choir Auditions

Dear students:

Thank you for your interest in Anderson University choirs. All NEW students interested in singing in choirs are required to audition. Auditions will be held Wednesday-Friday, September 5-7, 2012. Returning students to Men's Choir, Women's Chorus, and Symphonic Choir do not need to re-audition.

FRESHMEN ARE ELIGIBLE TO AUDITION FOR THE AU CHORALE. All students interested in auditioning for the AU Chorale need to learn the Prepared Piece (a short excerpt of a choral piece), and they need to check the Chorale Calendar of Events for potential conflicts.

The following link will take you to a folder which contains files with information regarding the 2012 choir auditions, including the Prepared Piece, Sound Files for the Prepared Piece, instructions for use of the Sound Files, and the Chorale Calendar of Events. IN ORDER TO PRINT THE FILES, YOU MAY NEED TO DOWNLOAD EACH FILE AND THEN PRINT, RATHER THAN JUST PRINTING FROM THE SCREEN. Audition forms will be available at Dr. Sowers' office, in Fine Arts 141.
