
Jo Dumontelle, Associate Director of the Career Development Center
JoEllen DuMontelle is Associate Director of the Career Development Center at Anderson University. She works alongside the Director to provide the wide range of career services offered by the CDC.
Jo holds her MBA from Anderson University. Her undergraduate degree is from Indiana University in Education. She is certified in a variety of instruments used in her work as a career and life coach including the MBTI, PI, DISC, EQi and others.
Jo began her career as a secondary English Teacher, and she is a certified teacher. Before coming to the university, she worked in corporate training. She has over 20 years’ experience in higher education having taught college courses in Business Communications, Professional Development, Group and Institutional Dynamics, as well as computer courses in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. She has worked as a University Supervisor to Student Teachers and as a Faculty Mentor.
Jo lives in Pendleton, Ind. with her husband, George, and their three children.
Jo has served at Anderson University since 1998.
