Complete and return the following forms along with a $50 application fee made to Anderson University to:

- Letter of Recommendation [PDF] — from three individuals
- Admission Essay
Also, have official transcripts from colleges/universities that you have attended sent to the graduate coordinator (address above). Once your application file is complete, you should receive an acceptance decision with 4-6 weeks.

MSN Program Cost:
Tuition cohort rate for the 2012-2013 academic year is $430 per credit hour. Typically students take 6 credit hours per term.
