MBA graduate wins business plan competition

Anderson University MBA graduate Amanda Welu and DELV DESIGN business partners recently won the 2015 Architecture Business Plan Competition.

Anderson University MBA graduate Amanda Welu (’08) and her three business partners won the 2015 Architecture Business Plan Competition in May for their Indianapolis-based, start-up business DELV DESIGN.

DELV DESIGN, created in February 2015, was the youngest company to be selected in the final round. The four other companies had two to five years’ experience in the industry and were located in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and New Hampshire.

Anderson University student serves in Belize for internship

Marvin will be interning with Thirst Missions in Belize this summer.

An Anderson University junior majoring in management, has the unique opportunity this summer of going overseas for his internship to Belize to serve as a mission trip leader with Thirst Missions. Channing Marvin is in Belize from May to August organizing and leading missing trips for groups from North America. Some of his responsibilities will include meal preparation, leading worship, leading meetings, and guiding group trips.
