Rayis named United Way student of the year

An Anderson University graduate was named United Way Worldwide’s 2014 Student of the Year.

Anna Rayis, Student United Way president at Anderson University and a 2014 graduate of the university, received the award at the national Community Leaders Conference on Thursday at Gaylord National Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

This award recognizes outstanding student leadership of a Student United Way in its work to give back and impact the community.
