2007 NCAA Div. III Men’s Golf Championships

The 2007 NCAA Div. III Men’s Golf Championships is being hosted by Anderson University and the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau on May 15-18 at Prairie View Golf Club and Hawthorns Golf and Country Club in Indianapolis, Ind.
The tournament field consists of 35 NCAA Div. III mens’ golf teams as well as five individuals from non-qualifying teams. The field has be set by the NCAA men’s golf committee. 2007 NCAA Golf Selections
There will be two practice rounds on May 13-14 at both golf courses. Players will tee off in shotgun format with fivesomes at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. Players will tee off every 10 minutes, starting at 8 a.m. on Monday.
There will be an NCAA Banquet at 6 p.m. on Monday evening that will be followed by a coaches meeting at 9 p.m. Coaches packet
The first two days of competition will be Tuesday and Wednesday at both golf courses. Tee times will be from 7:30 a.m. to 10:06 a.m. both days. A complete list of tee times can be found in the NCAA Div. III Golf Championships Manual/Handbook.
The field will be cut to 23 teams and five individuals after the first two rounds.
The final two rounds will be played at the Hawthorns Course only. At the completion of the tournament there will be an awards ceremony.

The two official hotel sites for the teams will be the Holiday Inn Express and the Holiday Inn in Fishers. Players and coaches can can fill out the NCAA Golf Championship Reservation Form online.
