Anderson University alum reports from Haiti following earthquake

Anderson University alum Luke Renner (BA '98) comments on the Today Show (NBC) about yesterday's earthquake in Haiti. Please pray for this country and all AU alums serving in Haiti.

Renner and his family live in Haiti, where they are involved in teaching media production skills to Haitians. Anderson University will continue to monitor the situation in Haiti.

AU Remembers Dr. King's Legacy

Anderson University will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day by connecting with the Anderson community at a city-wide MLK Jr. Celebration on Monday, January 18, at 12 p.m. at the Paramount Theater and conducting a special celebration during the university’s weekly chapel-convocation in Reardon Auditorium on Tuesday, January 19, at 10 a.m.

AU students participate in Model United Nations

The weekend before Thanksgiving, 12 Anderson University students traveled to Chicago as a delegation to Model United Nations. Model UN is a simulation of the United Nations where students represent the character and government positions of their assigned countries in discussions. AU participants studied and planned for several months to represent the African country of Oman.
