Kayleigh is a Senior at Anderson University, from Markle, IN. She is a Christian Ministries major with three minors in Biblical Studies, Family Science, and Spanish. After graduation, it is her hope to work in a ministry with young women, helping them find their self-esteem and self-worth through Christ alone . She was a Discipleship Coordinator her Sophomore year at AU, and was a member of the University Leadership Council last year. "I am excited to serve as the ULC Director this year because I have a huge heart for encouragement! The Student Leaders on AU's campus are some of the best around, and it is my joy and honor to be able to serve them through Christ-like service, creative encouragement, and authentic relationships!" - Kayleigh Mower
Paige Olinger
Student Director of University Fellows

Paige is a senior at Anderson University, from Plainfield Indiana. She is an English major with a focus in Literature. Paige completed the Fellows program her freshman year, and decided to become a leader her sophomore year. She was also a resident assistant in Martin Hall as a sophomore. This is her second year as Director of the Fellows program, and she is very excited to see what this year holds for the program.  She can't wait to offer her support to the Fellows program, and to meet all of the new incoming freshman leaders on campus!
Sarah Hatfield
New Student Coordinator

Sarah is a senior hailing all the way from great New England, in New Hampton, New Hampshire. Even with all the “New” in her life, she indeed will be graduating this May with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She has previously served Anderson University’s new student body as a Peer Mentor and enthusiastically found her place as New Student Coordinator last March. Sarah started here at Anderson in 2009, stayed a semester and then transferred to New Hampshire, but AU was not easily forgotten, and she transferred back in 2011-2012. As a transfer student herself, she has a passion for meeting new people and helping all new students feel welcome and find their unique place here on campus.

Tyler Ladig
Student Leadership Intern

Traversing miles of open road, Tyler Ladig comes from Louisville, Kentucky to study Accounting. Tyler started as a piano performance major, but switched during his sophomore year to accounting and quickly became involved as a project manager for TAPP (Tumaini Aids Prevention Program) through Enactus. Throughout his years in Enactus he has progressed to the level of president and has initiated the Madison County Health Assessment. In the past year, Tyler was also blessed with two accounting internships within both the for-profit, and not-for-profit areas. Realizing his desire to serve the student body he became an Resident Assistant in Tara East apartments his Junior year  and served in that position for three semesters. He desired to continue to work with student life staff and students and is thankful for his ability to continue to serve in the Student Life Department. After graduation Tyler is looking forward to saying his "I do's" to his beautiful fiancee and serving God in what ever profession he finds himself within.
