Abby Knowles
Director of Student Leadership

Abby is an '04 graduate of AU that came back to work at the university in 2006. After serving as a Resident Director of Martin Hall for 3 years, she now is serving as the Director of Student Leadership. This is a particular area of passion for Abby as she seeks to develop our programs and strengthen our student leaders as they serve in various ways during their time at AU. Abby provides direct oversight for the Fellows program and teaches the Student Leadership Seminar.

Ellen Conn
Student Director of University Leadership Council

Ellen was born and raised in the great state of Ohio, which by default, makes her a die-hard Buckeye's fan! She will be a senior in the nursing program this fall and plans to continue her career in emergency nursing after graduation. She has been a Resident Assistant for the past 2 years in Fair Commons and this will be her 3rd year involved in ULC. "I've loved the opportunities that leadership has given me to serve AU's stellar campus. Being at Anderson has allowed me to grow in my faith, form solid relationships, and reach out to the community in ways that I would have never done on my own." This year Ellen will serve as the ULC Director.
Paige Olinger
Student Director of University Fellows

Paige Olinger is a junior at Anderson University, from Plainfield Indiana. She is an English major with a focus in Literature and hopes to work in publishing someday. Paige completed the Fellows program her freshman year, and decided to become a leader her sophomore year. She was also a resident assistant in Martin Hall as a sophomore. She can't wait to offer her support to the Fellows program, and she can't wait to meet all of the new incoming freshman leaders on campus!

Justin Brandman
Student Leadership Intern

Justin Brandman is a Senior at AU From Plainfield, Indiana. He majors in Psychology and Youth Leadership-Development and minors in Family Science I was a peer mentor my sophomore and junior year. I am a part of CPS (Center for Public Service), multiple campus ministries, and the GAP (Grace Acceptance Process). I have also gone on several Tri-S trips. In the future would love to work in an inner city ministry and help show teenagers the hope of God, rather than the darkness of their community. I also feel called to do community and leadership development in Central America at some point.
