Fred H. Shively
Fred Shively is professor of religion at Anderson University in the Religious Studies Department. Shively teaches first year Greek for the School of Theology. He also oversees the Anderson University Christian Ministry Education program (AUCME) for the university. Shively has been pastor of the Maple Grove Church of God in Anderson and has volunteered at the Christian Center (Anderson) since 1955. He and his wife Kay have led more than 50 cross-cultural trips with Anderson University students. Shively has assisted with editing numerous books and is the author of The Widening Witness: A Study in Acts.
Shively joined the Anderson University faculty in 1974.
