The AU Alumni Office has recently launched a special online scrapbook of memories captured during the 2002 Homecoming weekend, Oct. 11-12. The scrapbook displays 34 sets of selected photographs collected during some of the main events scheduled over the weekend. “Our roving photographers captured many personalities and special events,” said Tom Bruce, Director of University Relations. “If you missed this year, we hope to see you during Homecoming, 2003, scheduled for Oct 3-4. In meantime, please enjoy the photos contained in our virtual scrapbook.”

Homecoming activities included the dedication of the new Kardatzke Wellness Center, annual homecoming football game, the introduction of the homecoming king and queen, Ravenfest activities, a special alumni 5k Run, and a theatrical production entitled “Brave Navigator” just to name a few events scheduled during the weekend.

A special event entitled “RavenFest” was conducted in the Ward Fieldhouse where special areas representing the various decades of AU history and graduating classes were available. In addition, several reunions among different departments were also conducted both on and off campus.
