CDC Programs and Services
Anderson University's Career Development Center (CDC) offers several opportunities for students to connect with employers and provides many valuable services to help students prepare for life after graduation.
Career Fairs are offered on and off campus to promote jobs in various fields. AU hosts several career fairs on the AU campus each year. In addition, the CDC is actively involved in the College Career Center Consortium (CCCC) of Indiana, which hosts several large career events off campus. Visit Career Fairs for more information.
On Campus Recruiting opportunities are offered throughout the year which provide a way for students to speak directly with recruiters looking for talent.
Raven CareerLink (RCL) is AU's web-based career management system that connects students with employers, jobs and internship opportunities.
Career Connections is a quarterly workshop program which enables students to access career planning assistance in the residence halls. Visit Career Connections for more information.
Resume/Cover Letter writing assistance is available via drop-in hours or online through our Optimal Resume program accessed through the Raven CareerLink (RCL) homepage.
Career Assessments are available to current AU students to help them identify personal work interests, values, and personality traits that lead to informed academic and career decisions.
Interview Skill development. Students can access mock interview practice sessions through the Raven CareerLink system or face-to-face through a one-on-one appointment with a career advisor.
Alumni Networking. Networking skills are still an essential component of any job search. Career advisors are available to help students connect with AU alums who are working in their fields of interest.
Graduate School assistance. CDC career advisors are available to help students plan and prepare application materials for graduate school.
