Officer Robert Fain Promoted to Sergeant

Officer Robert Fain ’00 of the Covington Police Department in Kentucky is being promoted to sergeant upon the retirement of Lieutenant Jon Mangus, whose position will be filled by Sergeant Jennifer Rudolph. 

Officer Fain has been with Covington Police for 16 years and has served on the Bike Patrol, as a Field Training Officer, and in the Criminal Investigations Bureau as a DART detective.

Fain has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Anderson University.
